| Description (Service) | Provides breastfeeding and infant feeding support to both rostered patients of the Hanover Family Health Team and unrostered patients. Services are provided by a Registered Dietitian/Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) and Registered Nurse Educator. In-person and virtual appointments by phone or videoconferencing are available. A free virtual infant feeding support group in partnership with the Brockton and Area Family Health Team is offered several times a year. Please contact the Hanover FHT for more information. |
