Service Details

Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm
Outpatient clinic: call for info on day and time
Areas Served Bruce County ; Grey County
Eligibility Ages: 16 year(s) and up Individuals must meet all of the following criteria:
  • Aged 16 years or older
  • Resident of the Grey and Bruce catchment area
  • Have a confirmed diagnosis of an intellectual disability and be eligible for Developmental Services
  • Have experienced a change in baseline behaviour within the past year
Individuals with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD), Autism Spectrum Disorder, or a known genetic cause of intellectual and developmental disability (IDD) will be given priority.
The Dual Diagnosis program will not accept referrals for:
  • ASD Diagnosis
  • Capacity Assessments
  • Age-related cognitive decline
  • For connection to a primary care provider
Application Self-referral. For a psychiatric appointment, a referral from a primary care provider is required. Referrals can be made by contacting the Central Navigation line at 519-376-3303.
