| Public Comments | SOAHAC improves access to and quality of health services for the Aboriginal community of Southwest Ontario (locations in London, Chippewas of the Thames First Nation (Muncey), Windsor, Waterloo/Cambridge and Owen Sound), providing holistic health services to on and off reserve, status, non-status, First Nations, Métis, and Inuit communities. |

| Application | Self-referrals and external referrals accepted. New patients need to complete an intake application which can be found online here. Registered patients can call to book an appointment. |
