Description (Service) A traditional and culturally appropriate approach to healing and wellness to promote a healthy environment and ensure equitable access to health care and services including:
  • peer counselling and case management
  • support, advocacy and referral services to promote healthy living and the prevention of family violence
  • workshops on cultural, spiritual, emotional and physical well-being
  • community based resources and activities

Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm
Areas Served Bruce County ; Grey County ; Wellington County
Eligibility No restrictions. Services are available to both Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal communities.
Application Call or walk in to request an appointment.
