Description (Service) Accepts electronic waste for free recycling at three ReStore locations:
  • Owen Sound - 223017 Grey Rd 17
  • Hanover - 1049 7th Ave
  • Port Elgin - 1215 Mackenzie Rd
E-waste contains a variety of toxic substances including lead, mercury, and cadmium which if allowed to enter the environment may result in devastating effects on human health and ecosystems. Recycling ensures that e-waste items are diverted from communal landfill sites so that they may be reused where possible and ultimately appropriately disposed of.
