Description
| Description (Service) | Provides emotional support, medical care and counselling for victims of recent sexual assault, adult survivors of sexual abuse and survivors of intimate partner violence. Service provides medical treatment, counselling services, collection of sexual assault and domestic violence evidence, and referral to community services. In situations of sexual assault follow-up care and court support/information is also provided. |

| Public Comments | For urgent care, clients can go in person to the closest emergency department. The 24 hour on-call Sexual Assault/Partner Abuse nurse will be contacted. |
| Hours | Office: Mon-Fri 8 am-4 pm Emergency service: Mon-Sun 24 hours through the Emergency Department Counselling and follow-up clinic by appointment. |

| Eligibility | Ages: 12 year(s) and up Counselling services provide support to individuals 12 years and older who have been sexually assaulted or have been victims of intimate partner violence within the past 1 year at the time of the referral. |
| Application | Self-referral is encouraged. Emergency services available 24 hours at the Owen Sound Hospital Emergency Department. Counselling services and follow up care are offered during office hours Monday to Friday. |
