| Description (Service) | Offers inclusive programs that promote physical, social, and mental well-being for adults aged 55 and older. Activities include community events, educational workshops, fitness and wellness sessions and a twice-monthly speaker series on topics related to health, learning and connection. Programs are hosted in a variety of accessible community locations across Kincardine and surrounding rural areas, helping older adults stay active, engaged and connected. |
