  • Tai Chi

  • food related programs such as cooking classes, Craving Change, community garden, grocery store tours, second harvest, good food box, etc.
  • Clothing Pick-up and Exchange

  • computer, internet and phone use throughout business hours
  • foot care clinic - must be referred by a health care provider; service is for people without extended health coverage
  • physical activities such as walking groups (indoor and outdoor), pole walking and pickle ball, yoga, tai chi, chair fitness
  • mental health counselling
  • coffee and social time
  • check-in and chat (phone based program)

Public Comments Satellite offices in Chatsworth and Dundalk, call main office for an appointment
Hours Mon-Fri, times vary, see website or call for information
Areas Served Chatsworth ; Grey Highlands ; Southgate ; West Grey
Eligibility Unless otherwise noted, programs and services are available to all community members
  • waitlists are in place for allied health services and priority is based on condition
  • must enroll to have a Family Doctor or Nurse Practitioner
  • must have a referral from health care provider for physiotherapy
Application Submit a form called "Request for a Family Doctor or Nurse Practitioner" to have primary care at the Community Health Centre

Walk in or call to register or inquire about community services and programs, some programs now require pre-registration.

Volunteers need to complete a volunteer application form and a criminal reference check/vulnerable sectors screen
Languages Interpretation services can be arranged in advance, and sometimes on-demand if interpreter is available.
