Description (Service) Offers Education Series for people who are caring for an adult with a long-term health condition.

Learning topics include:
  • Managing stressful situations in care giving
  • Staying on top of the care situation
  • Tackling some of the common emotions eg. guilt and anger
  • Community resources
One on one support is also available.
