| Description (Service) | COVID-19 Response Regular Service: Sunday worship service and Sunday school at 10 am Church also offers: * bell ringers choir, anyone is welcome to join * weekly Bible study * Hug-A-Bear program - provides bears to less fortunate and sick children throughout the shoreline area * United Church women's groups, 'Sunshine Unit' and 'Best of Friends', call for details * weekly men's group * Vacation Bible School (VBS) for children entering Junior Kindergarten up to Grade 6, call to pre-register * youth group for grades 7-12 Also provides weekly Port Elgin United Play Group for newborns to Kindergarten age where children, parents, grandparents and caregivers meet in the activity centre for social and play time including crafts, activities and snacks * Church members assist in supervision * Free, but attendees can make a donation if they wish * Contact Victoria at 519-389-2534 or Dian at 519-832-6004 |
