Description

Description (Service) Provides a variety of supports that focus on the successful inclusion for people with a disability to enable them to live, work and participate in their community as equal and valued members. Support is provided based on individual needs.

Services include:
  • Residential services - operates six group homes in Hanover and one in Neustadt, two of which are wheelchair accessible.
  • Purchase Services available for persons with individualized direct funding. This includes supports for those with Passport funds and individuals looking to attend Day Support Programs.
  • Supported Independent Living - provides individuals with assistance to live independently in their own residential setting and within the community.

Public Comments Looking for community volunteers to share their time and talents, flexible opportunities, adults, families, students and groups are welcomed and appreciated, contact office if interested.
Hours Administration Hours: Mon-Thu 8:30 am-4:30 pm, Fri 8:30 am-4 pm

Eligibility Ages: 18 year(s) and up Individuals with a developmental disability and recipient of ODSP
