Description (Service) Multi-agency and multidisciplinary team provides access to a range of mental health services for individuals with serious mental illness and acute mental health needs (and their families) 
Services include: 
* information and referral  
* mental health counselling and psychiatry 
* intensive case management  
* intensive short term outreach treatment 
* outreach community support for assistance with housing, employment and skills development 
* peer support, social and recreational services

Hours Tue-Thu: 9:30 am-3:45 pm * Mon and Fri: Office hours vary, but can call for info * When office is closed during weekday business hours, the phones are transferred to another Community Mental Health Team location
