Description

Description (Service) Outpatient day program offers assessment, referral, treatment and follow-up services to people with addiction related problems in a group setting. Program runs on weekdays for three weeks. Provides individual therapy focusing on relapse prevention through new skills development and positive life changes.

Also offers:
  • supportive stabilization beds: a limited number of beds for clients who require housing while in program.
  • relapse prevention group: offers a follow-up group at the end of the program one evening each week for four weeks.
  • Case Management Services for clients staying in house

Service Details

Hours Office: Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4 pm
Day program: Mon-Fri 9:30 am-3 pm
Dates: Admission to the program is continuous.
