Description (Service) COVID-19 Response Due to the evolving situation with the COVID-19 pandemic, the Breaking Down Barriers office will be closed to the public until further notice

Regular Service: 
Provides programs, services and supports to assist adults with disabilities to live independently in the community * creates opportunities for people to gain self-confidence, take initiative and make their own choices * referral to other community services 
 
Programs: 
* Self Managed Attendant Care 
* Peer Support 
* Independent Living Skills 
* Assistance filling out Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) forms * by appointment 
 
A member of the North Simcoe Muskoka Community Support Services Coalition and accredited member of Independent Living Canada
