Description (Service) COVID-19 Response Due to concerns regarding COVID-19, the WES office is closed to the public * Online counselling services are running as usual 
Regular Service: 
WES for Youth Online provides: 
* free, safe, secure and confidential online counselling for youth 
* one on one counselling by professional counsellors 
* website with resources for youth and parents for mental wellness and life issues  
Also offers a resource centre: In-person community hub for resources on youth mental health, wellness and emotional support * Reference library for research and education * Brochures, leaflets and posters

Public Comments Counselling is available online * Resource centre does not provide any immediate counselling or crisis intervention services
Hours Online Resources: Mon-Sun 24 hours * Office/Resource Centre: Mon-Fri 9 am-5 pm
